VERITAS is an evidence-gated self-healing workflow. A user starts a planned DAG; each step executes through tools, is independently checked against a read-only database, classified on failure, and retried, stopped, or escalated. Evidence is hash-chained, then completion status and proof-carrying reports are produced for terminal or Streamlit dashboards. The sampled code directly confirms orchestration, database verification, fault injection, recovery, and ledger behavior; some UI wiring remains inferred only from documented capabilities.
