How victorr85/sever-ru works
Purpose and Scope
This repository is an archival portfolio document for work on the Sever.Ru web platform (2005–2015). It contains no application source, deployment assets, executable entry points, or recoverable implementation architecture. The sole artifact is [README.md](README.md).
Repository Entry Point
[README.md](README.md) is the effective entry point and complete documentation surface. It describes the author’s project-management, QA, content-management, and UX contributions rather than the platform’s codebase.
Documented Operational Stages
The documented project lifecycle has three broad stages, all described in [README.md](README.md):
1. Initial launch and feature development (2005–2008).
2. Platform expansion and optimization (2009–2012).
3. Maintenance and continuous improvement (2013–2015).
Quality Assurance Flow
The primary described control flow is release-quality coordination:
• Technical/content teams deliver changes.
• Manual and exploratory testing, UAT, and usability review identify defects.
• Bugs are documented and returned for fixes.
• Fixes receive verification and regression testing before release.
This workflow is described only narratively in [README.md](README.md); no test suites, issue tracker integration, release pipeline, or test-plan files are present.
Content and Coordination Boundary
Content updates move through scheduling, review, approval, and publication coordination. The README identifies a separation between technical contributors, content teams, and stakeholder-facing coordination, but does not identify a CMS product, publishing API, data model, or permission system. See [README.md](README.md).
User-Experience Feedback Loop
User feedback and observed behavior informed proposed UX/UI improvements. The repository provides no analytics implementation, frontend code, design system, or feedback-collection service; this is a documented process boundary only. See [README.md](README.md).
Runtime, Infrastructure, and External Services
No concrete runtime, hosting platform, database, CMS vendor, CI/CD system, external service, or deployment infrastructure is represented in the repository. [README.md](README.md) mentions general HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS experience, but these are historical skills rather than verified repository dependencies.
