How tanntran2000/qi-crawler-mvp works
QI-Crawler is an internal bid-intelligence workspace. Team Bid users initiate intake or review through CLI/GUI surfaces; supported sources are fetched or imported, normalized and screened into explainable opportunities, then human decisions promote selected items into tender cases. Managed documents are preserved, extracted and inspected, while validated records are exported for downstream bid work. The sampled code confirms HTTP compliance, GUI delegation, database-backed case/recovery services, append-only reviews and Excel export; several subsystem links remain intentionally unshown because their implementations were not sampled.
