How rocm/legacy-rocm-build works
ROCm is an AMD GPU-computing software-stack repository whose checked-in runtime is primarily release and analysis automation around externally hosted ROCm components. The principal maintainer workflow is: run the tagging CLI, read the release manifest and GitHub repositories, parse library changelogs, then create tags, releases, and pull requests. Separate precision and manifest tools compare versions and fetch upstream evidence. The repository also publishes documentation for installation, compatibility, programming, and component discovery. The graph reflects sampled tooling and documented capabilities; most GPU libraries themselves are external.
