How pomelofashion/jira-techops-portal works
Pomelo TechOps Portal is an internal IT operations system. Employees authenticate, browse a service catalog or submit tickets, then track work on a Jira-parity board; admins triage, audit, report, and manage operational policy. Documentation, AI assistance, notifications, SLA automation, and Jira synchronization form supporting branches. The SPA calls an Express BFF, which uses database-backed routes where configured and proxies Anthropic/Jira. Some UI wiring and route internals were unsampled, so those relationships follow README or explicit imports only.
