This is a feature-flag management service. Administrators use the React console to create and edit flags, configure activation strategies, target customers, apply snapshots, and inspect audit logs. A runtime client can request flag evaluations through the Spring controller. The service layer coordinates evaluation and management operations, while repositories persist flags and audit history. The tree supports these module boundaries, but backend implementation excerpts were not provided, so only the principal layer relationships are shown.
