How ctum0/altrium-hiring-tracker works
Altrium Hiring Tracker is a Django recruitment platform. HR or a public applicant submits a candidate, CV text is extracted and parsed, candidates are deduplicated and scored, then HR manages a round-based Kanban pipeline. Interviewers provide gated scorecards, AI assists evaluation and panel consensus, and management monitors reporting. Scheduling, talent-pool reuse, role-scoped access, storage, and automated email escalation are supporting branches. Some view and model implementations were not sampled, so uncertain internal calls are omitted.
