How burhanarikan/exchange-atlas works
Exchange Atlas is a static Erasmus agreement catalogue. A student opens the hosted site, selects a university, searches and filters normalized agreement records, and receives paginated cards showing partner, country, field, level, quota, language and source freshness. A maintenance workflow downloads public university spreadsheets, applies university-specific parsing and documented normalization, then writes JSON assets consumed entirely in the browser. The sampled code confirms client-side loading, filtering, bilingual rendering and guide selection; some HTML wiring and parser branches were not sampled.
